My Girls

Seth and I are incredibly lucky to have three beautiful girls! Our home is an overflow of - bows, tutus, lip gloss, fairies, princess attire, nail polish, boas, jewelry, headbands and of course LOVE! Little girls and all their accessories rock...what could possibly be more fun? My poor husband is so outnumbered-even our dog is female. Seth is the most amazing father/partner and he adores his family. I consider myself and the girls extremely lucky. There aren't many men like my husband-Best Friend,Father, Spouse and chef:) Oh, I'm pretty fabulous too-haha!

Halloween

Geesh, I'm so behind on my posts. Post dating begins today and hopefully there's time this weekend to catch up!!!

The Williams Gang had a wonderful Halloween this year. We stayed in our neighborhood for the first time and Aubrey ( I mean Alice)  had the opportunity to pass out candy and Trick or Treat here. Seth and I decided staying around home would be best with the little ones. The twins dressed up as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum and of course Aubrey was Alice. Seth and I planned on dressing up (Mad Hatter and Rabbit) but time got the best of us. Aubrey has forgiven us for our lack of Halloween spirit and I'm sure she will demand costumes next year.

Peek A Boo Playtime

Peek A Boo,  a favorite game (Post dated 3 months & still is) for the twins! Just hearing those three words puts a smile on those faces.

Craft Wednesday

Seth and I have decided to make our little loft space upstairs into a playroom for the girls. It's not much space but we are doing our best to make it fun and functional. While the twin took their naps, Aubrey and I started on some artwork for the space.

Miss Aubrey loved painting the letters for her playroom and it was a great activity for letter recognition

Poppi & Aubrey Save Baby Squirrel (Hopefully)

While over at Memaw's house, Poppi discovered this adorable baby squirrel on the back patio. Thank goodness we found him before "Scuba" that cat did! It fell from a nest approximately 70 ft above the patio-OUCH!!! We assumed the puddle around the squirrel is urine, since no external wounds were visible. Our minds were morally boggled on what we should do. Do we relocate the squirrel and let nature handle the issue? Do we try to feed him and see if the mom returns? Call wildlife rescue?  Poppi suggested we try the baby formula I had over at Memaw's house. I mixed up an ounce of formula and Dave fed the squirrel from a medicine dropper. The baby swallowed a tiny bit and then we placed him outside in an open box. Who would think about being in a moral dilemma over a squirrel? Babies get ya all the time!!!

When Aubs arrived at Memaw's she was anxious to see the lil' squirrel. She wanted to help him- the squirrel needed a doctor! Seth called up wildlife rescue and Poppi & Aubrey took a trip to the squirrel doctor. This was a great experience for Miss Aubrey and she continues to talk all about it. I doubt we will be called with an update but hopefully he is doing well!

Have you ever seen such a cute squirrel?

Poppi did a great thing, while at Memaw's house he did what Memaw would do

Gotta love Soy formula

This was a great life lesson for Aubrey!

A Wonderful Saturday

The Williams family had a great Saturday! Poppi and Mia were in San Antonio for their 40th High School reunion, so we invited them to Aubrey's soccer game. Aubs seemed a bit distracted with the boys during the  game, but I see it as her form of defense - they paid attention to her instead of the ball!!! It was fun to watch, I always get a good laugh!

I took a few pics of the girls with their Mia and Poppi before the game. It was a challenge to get everyone looking let alone smiling :)

Aubrey was invited to her friend Braelyn's 4th birthday party at Big Z's.The twins were a highlight for the restaurant (beyond happy), Mommy and Daddy were able to enjoy a pitcher of beer and a burger, and Aubrey had a blast playing with all her friends! It couldn't have been a more perfect evening or party!
